This ballet is performed by over 165 elegantly costumed dancers to the much-loved score by Tchaikovsky. This production is an annual holiday tradition that is held at the Capitol Theatre in Windsor each December. This is a very exciting opportunity for our students to dance in this holiday classic for their families and friends. Dub City Runners Inner City Gritty 5KDate: Friday, December 05, 2025 The streets will not be closed. The race will not be officially timed. There will be checkpoints through Walkerville and Ford City. Checkpoints will be announced prior to the race date and must be completed in the correct order. Maidstone Museum’s Annual Christmas BazaarDate: Saturday, December 06, 2025 Maidstone Bicentennial Museum is a community museum which houses unique collections of artifacts that have been donated by the community or purchased by the Maidstone and Area Historical Society. This collection includes an impressive WW1 Naval and Army collection, artifacts of Joseph, Daniel and Zoe Ouellette, Rum Running, the War of 1812, including the Aboriginal Contribution to the War of 1812 and much more. The museum grounds are also home to beautiful Native Heritage Gardens, a collection of plants, trees, and shrubs that are native to the Essex County area. These gardens in the past have served several purposes from food, medicinal medicines and dying of cloth. As well they play an important part in the life cycle of butterflies. Several of the trees are rare including Paw Paw, Kentucky Coffee, and Cucumber trees. And check out the Jr. Historical Society's Three Sister Garden. Event Details |
